What is The Insight Portal?
The Insight Portal is a HIPAA compliant, cloud-based ecosystem designed to transform how behavioral and mental health assessments are administered, scored, and reported. Reducing the chaos of paper assessments and time-consuming hand scoring, the technology blends the need for accurate data and the clinician’s professional insight to complete a full clinical picture.

Administration
Clients receive and complete standardized self-administered assessments via the secure, user-friendly digital portal. Observers and collateral sources are sent a one time code to deliver information about the client without needing to create a login, removing the need for paper forms to be filled out and returned. A simpler process means a higher return rate. Clinicians input responses from facilitated assessments.
Scoring
The system scores each assessment individually using the validated scoring methods established by the assessment author, reducing time spent on scoring and eliminating manual error. Clinicians using these results can write a narrative interpretation of the assessment or assessment battery that includes the entire clinical picture. This combines the results of the validated, standardized assessments with the human element of the semi-structured interview and clinical observation.
Reporting
Providers receive instantly generated, high-fidelity reports that provide a clear window into client behavioral and mental health, facilitating faster and more accurate treatment plans. Reports are easily shared with the client or their guardians through the portal, or can be downloaded and shared with an interdisciplinary team.

Cora is the founder of Beyond the Storm Counseling and Consultation, where she leads a team providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor with specialized certifications in trauma (CCTP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), she brings extensive clinical expertise in ADHD and ASD assessments. Her commitment to affirming, inclusive care and clinical precision ensures that Aletheia Logic remains grounded in the realities of modern mental health practice.
